Like many people, I focused on family, career, responsibilities, and the needs of everyone around me. There was always something that seemed more urgent or more deserving of my time.

The dream never disappeared; it simply waited.

C’est Si Bon Pikliz was born from a simple decision: to finally say yes to a dream.

I returned to my lifelong passion for food, earned my Culinary Arts Certificate, and completed a highly competitive culinary internship at the renowned Blue Hill. There, I developed a deep appreciation for fresh, seasonal ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and allowing natural flavors to shine.

That experience became the foundation of my approach to creating food that is balanced, intentional, and ingredient driven.

C’est Si Bon Pikliz is my elevated interpretation of a beloved Haitian tradition—chef-crafted with fresh ingredients, vibrant Scotch bonnet peppers, bright citrus, and a satisfying crunch.
Made in small batches and created for endless possibilities, it brings bold, balanced flavor to the everyday table.
