Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

To ensure product freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed after Wednesday may be held and shipped the following week to maintain quality during transit.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Perishable Product Notice

C’est Si Bon Pikliz is a perishable product and is carefully packed to maintain quality during transit. We recommend refrigerating your product upon arrival.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather or carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cestsibonpikliz@gmail.com Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging and cold packs to help maintain product quality during transit.
